This Privacy Policy explains how Density6 LLC (“Density6 LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the DriftFunnels platform (the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our websites, use our applications, or otherwise interact with us. We are the data controller for the personal information described below. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

DriftFunnels is a multi-tenant business-operations platform that helps businesses run marketing, sales, messaging, scheduling, and customer-relationship workflows. Density6 LLC is a limited liability company organized in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

3. SMS, Voice & Telephone Communications

Consent & opt-out. We and our business customers only send SMS or place calls to individuals who have provided prior express consent. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP ; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Opting out of messages does not affect the underlying service relationship.

We use third-party telecommunications providers (including Vonage) to deliver SMS, voice, and number-verification features. Mobile phone numbers and consent records are used solely to deliver the messaging and calling features requested, to verify identity and prevent fraud (for example, SIM-swap detection that protects account security), and to comply with telecom regulations. We do not sell mobile opt-in data, and we do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is never shared with third parties except subprocessors acting on our behalf to deliver the messaging service.

AEGIS SIM-change check. If you enroll a mobile number in AEGIS, you agree to the following: You authorize your wireless carrier to use or disclose information about your account and your wireless device, if available, to Density6 LLC or its service provider for the duration of your business relationship, solely to help them identify you or your wireless device and to prevent fraud. See our Privacy Policy for how we treat your data. We keep only the result of the check and the time it was observed. You can stop the check at any time by canceling AEGIS from your account or by emailing privacy@driftlessvip.com.

4. Google Account Data (Optional Gmail Connection)

DriftFunnels offers an optional integration that lets a business customer connect their own Gmail account so the Service can send email on their behalf, from their own address . This section describes exactly how Google user data is accessed, used, shared, protected, retained, and deleted, and applies in addition to the rest of this Policy.

Limited Use disclosure. DriftFunnels’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

5. How We Use Information

6. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Service: with subprocessors and service providers (such as cloud hosting, payment processing via Stripe, and communications delivery via Vonage) acting under contract on our behalf; with our business customers , who control the contact data they upload; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer . We do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed, and we honor verified deletion requests as described below.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive credentials — designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our controls.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) have additional rights, including the right to non-discrimination for exercising them. To make a request, contact us at privacy@driftlessvip.com . We will verify and respond within the time required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

What to do next

The Free Gate tier is free, permanently, and you do not need a credit card to start. The Free Gate is $0 forever. No credit card is required.. Paying for a higher tier buys more volume and more leverage — it never unlocks a capability we were holding back.

If it turns out not to be for you, you have paid nothing and there is nothing to cancel.
